I am a native of Southeast Nebraska, born and raised in Auburn/Johnson communities. Growing up I was involved in extra-curricular activities through school, church, and community organizations. I graduated from Auburn High School and later graduated with distinction from a small business college in Lincoln, NE. After graduation, I was a flight attendant for a major airline on the east coast and quickly realized the big city life was not for me. I got into mortgage lending and moved to FL. When my dad passed away in 2003 it was a turning point in my life and I decided family was too far away, so I moved back to Southeast Nebraska where I met my husband, Ryan. We have a son (Tyson) and a daughter (Tess). I opened an in-home daycare and became a part-time real estate agent in 2009. After a short time, I became a Full-time Realtor in 2011 and I couldn't be happier with that decision.I am now the Principal Broker of Lunzmann Realty, Inc. & I absolutely love my job!
My hobbies outside of real estate include spending time with my family, friends, traveling, camping, gardening, canning, and watching Nebraska volleyball!! Go Big Red!!

Vanessa was born in Omaha, Nebraska but moved to rural Nebraska City at a very young age. It's always felt like home to her. She graduated from Nebraska City High School and attended Peru State College. All through High School and College Vanessa worked on Main Street at Jessup Drug Store, and also across town at a very well known restaurant, Ulbrick's. It was in these two positions that she found her love of working with people. She received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Peru State and started working for Allstate Insurance Company, commuting to Lincoln for six years.
Vanessa married her High School sweet heart, Les in 2000 and they have one son, Jonny. When they realized that starting a family was in the near future she began to look for local employment and for the last ten years she has been employed in the Finance Office for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Nebraska City. In 2016 they relocated from inside of Nebraska City to rural Dunbar, and have very much enjoyed the transition back to country life. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband, son and extended family, traveling, playing sand volleyball and giving back to her community. She volunteers at her son's school, is a TeamMates Mentor and board member, and Leadership Nebraska City Alumni and board member.
